Currently, after playing for a while, your hand becomes "detached".
Other than that, some variety in zombie appearance (color of clothes, gaping wounds etc) and an actual corpse mechanic.
By corpse mechanic, I mean some sort of ragdoll, seeing as how much of this game is already physics based, it would be a shame to exclude Mob animations. That having been said, upon death, a corpse should enter ragdoll mode, after a while, it will disappear, leaving a splatter decal on the ground. This should help prevent "corpse walls" and the ensuing physics bugs.
